 The
FTP User Manager is a very
powerful tool that allows you to create
and manage additional user accounts on your
domain. The FTP users that you create have
their own login, and access to whatever
subdirectories of the website that you specify.
For example: Using
FTP User Manager you might choose to create
a new user named thatguy.
You may give thatguy
access only to yourdomain.com/thatguy/,
or you may allow him to have access to
all of the files on your website.
The FTP User Account Manager also allows
you to set quotas for each of your users.
This tool is great when more than one person
is working on a website at a time, especially
if you want to restrict the access that
specific users have, and maintain secure
a secure FTP policy.
