The
username and password of the domain name will be
e-mailed to the ADMINISTRATIVE CONTACT only.
If you do
not have access to the admin contact email address,
or it is no longer valid, your username and password
can not be sent to you until you complete the
following steps:
- FAX a "Change of Administrative Contact
Email Request" to (416) 385 7765 with the
following information:
- If the domain is registered in a Company's
name, send the fax on the Company's letterhead
- Include a copy of the Administrative Contact's
Official Photo ID
- Clearly state
the domain name in question, and
the new email address
- After verifying the information you have submitted,
FastWebServer will then perform a manual change
of administrative contact email address. This
process takes 3 to 5 business days to complete.
- Once the change has been completed successfully,
we will send the username and password information
to the new administrative contact email address.
