The Payment option of your control panel allows you to change the payment method of your hosting package. Clicking on this option takes you to an online form where you can change the billing information for your account. If you wish to change the credit card that is billed, or switch the payment method between credit card or cheque, you may do so in this form. Be sure to enter valid information in all of the required fields in order for the update to take effect.

Upon submitting this form, you may experience a delay of up to 60 seconds while your information is updated.

If you would rather make updates by fax, you may print out this page, fill out the necessary information, and fax it to us. In this case, be sure to sign and date the fax before sending.
