Formmail is a script that you can add to your website to create an online form that will email its results to the address of your choice. The Formmail section of your control panel contains detailed instructions on how to setup the formmail feature, and has a listing of all its necessary and optional elements. The Formmail option is not automated, and you must therefore follow these instructions closely to properly configure it for your website.

When you begin to configure formmail for your account, either use this screen as a guide, or print it out and use the hard-copy as reference.

The formmail.pl script itself is already located in your "cgi-bin" directory, so you will not need to install any additional scripts. You must simply create a form by following the instructions on the Formmail page, and the script will handle the rest.
